MarineTasker is pre-launch. No tasks, payments or vessel records are processed on this site yet, so this document is a published scope rather than a final agreement. The full text goes up before the marketplace opens.

- Posting a task, and what a quote, an acceptance and a job sign-off each mean.
- How an upfront safe payment is held, what it covers, and when it is released to the provider.
- Who is responsible on the water: the owner, the provider, and marina or berth permissions.
- Cancellations, no-shows and how refunds are handled.
- Account conduct, ratings, and when an account is suspended or removed.
