How we collect, hold and use the details you give us when you join the open beta, and the choices you have about them.
MarineTasker is pre-launch. No tasks, payments or vessel records are processed on this site yet, so this document is a published scope rather than a final agreement. The full text goes up before the marketplace opens.
What this document will cover
- What we collect at signup: name, mobile, email, vessel type or trade specialty, your main waterway, and which updates you agreed to receive.
- What we do with it: launch updates for your waterway, matching you to work or to providers, and nothing else unless you ticked the extra consent boxes.
- Who we share it with: our hosting, database and email providers, and only so the service can run.
- How long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy of your record or have it deleted.
- Cookies, analytics and third-party links on this site.
